Mayor Harvey Hall, in his usual enthusiastic manner, welcomed everyone to this year's State of the City Address.  City Manager Alan Tandy gave a report on the status of local transportation projects and Public Information Officer Rhonda Smiley updated the group on the status of significant projects and future amenities.
