This data set is known as Transportation Vehicle Road Centerline Circulation Comprehensive Circulation and contains Traffic Analysis Zones for the City of Bakersfield, CA.

Purpose

The data set was created to aid in local GIS and mapping applications and to allow the visualizations of city growth over the years.
